• We are offering world wide delivery of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
• Please note that for residential shipments to USA & some other countries, delivery parcels shall be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
• We do not ship the products on Sundays and Indian holidays as our logistic partners do not offer pick-ups on those days.
• We shall not be responsible for any order / product that is returned to us on account of incomplete address / incorrect address and we shall not provide any refunds in those cases.

• Shipping costs are based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
• We are offering free shipping any where across the world.

• We shall notify you for the shipment of your order via an email as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
• Please note tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

• VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are beyond our control. They vary according to the laws applicable for the respective countries and must be paid directly by the customer himself. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
• International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
• They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case to case basis.

• Shipment times mentioned against each item on our website are indicative and approximate values only and some times delays may occur, due to situations beyond our control.  No refund, returns, replacement & exchanges shall be entertained for such reasons.
• In the unlikely event that there is an unusual delay in shipping an order, because of an item being out of stock or delay in filing an order, we shall send you an email informing you about the same.
• Any dates for delivery are indicative and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We shall issue 90% refund of the cost of the product (10% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)

• Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.

• Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
